There are 4 (four) Live Online Courses (Shuruwaat, Raag Ranjani, Sur Ranjani, and Sampurna) presently of different levels and for enrolling each of them, you will need to submit your audio clips as per the instructions given in Online Audition page. "Sampurna" is a special online course for the students of UK and European Countries only, where as other 3 courses are for the students from anywhere the globe. Once you clear the screening, we will provide you assistance in selecting the best suitable course for you. After that you need to subscribe for the selected course(s).

Live classes by Padmabhushan Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, along with scope of direct interaction.
We offer four types of classes as per the requirement of the student.
1. The course 'Shuruwaat' is for all the students who already started leaning and want to develop their musical skills. Here you will get acquainted with the fundamentals like Voice Training, Voice Culture, Voice Development, Knowledge of Laya (Tempo), Taal (Time Cycle) and Chhanda (Rhythm), Importance and Development of Pronunciation, Use of instruments, etc.
2. Students keen on learning details of Indian Classical Music, 'Raag Ranjani' is the ideal class. Various Indian Raagas, concept of Raaga-phrases, bandishes (Vilambit, Madhyalaya, Drut), and gradual unfoldment with various musical parameters will be taught by Gurujee himself.
3. Along with Indian Ragas, students will also get opportunity to learn other genres like Thumri, Dadra, Bhajan, Geet, Sloke etc., in a separate class 'Sur Ranjani'. These forms will be discussed elaborately here, and various compositions will be taught by Gurujee himself.
4. 'Sampurna' is a unique live online course, specially designed for UK and European Students covering all aspects of Music. Vocalist and instrumentalist learenrs can expect advancement of musical creativity through training and performance development.
Each student will be monitored individually by senior students of Gurujee. Separate classes will be arranged regularly where doubts and queries of the students will be addressed.
Classes are arranged keeping in mind the different global time-zones. No matter where you are from, we will make sure you do not miss out on this opportunity.
Video Recordings of the live classes will be made available for the student’s benefit for a definite time-period. Students will get ample time to prepare from the recordings.
A first of its kind library has been curated by Gurujee himself where he has elaborately spoken about various facets of Indian Music and the training process. ‘What’, ‘How’ and ‘Why’, - all questions have been explained by him along with proper examples.
Students will get free introductory classes by Gurujee.
Students will get chances for recording as well as performing live.
Certificate will be provided for the qualified students.

Instructions for Audition

The voice clip must be recorded live using a phone or a recording device.
You may use a Taanpura, Harmonium, or Tabla as accompanying instruments, or sing without any accompaniment.
You can submit up to two audio clips.
Each clip should be less than five minutes in length.
Audio clips must be in MP3 format and not exceed 20 MB in size.
